Girls making a positive decision to get healthy! SMART Girls is a health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program for girls ages 8-17. The goal of the SMART Girls program is to help girls develop healthy attitudes and lifestyles.

This nationally acclaimed prevention program helps young people ages 6-15 resist alcohol, tobacco and other drug use and premature sexual activity. The program’s interactive small-group activities increase participants' peer support, enhance their life skills, build resiliency and strengthen leadership skills.

| Childhood obesity – One-quarter of youth ages 12-21 report they do not participate in any vigorous physical activity, putting them at risk for heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Eighty percent of Club alumni surveyed said the Club experience had a positive impact on their attitude toward fitness and health.

The goal of Triple Play is to increase the numbers of hours per day Club members participate in physical activities, improve their knowledge of healthy habits and physical fitness, and strengthen their ability to interact positively with others and engage in healthy relationships. The Triple Play comprehensive strategy addresses the minds, bodies and souls of Club members.
