Membership

The Boys & Girls Club will host the 2020 Summer Program through August 14. Kindergarten through fourth grade program will be from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Parkview Elementary. Cost is $10 per day and lunch and snack are included.

Summer Program for fifth grade and up members will begin on June 1 at First Baptist Church in downtown Sedalia. Cost is $5 per day and lunch and snack are included.

To enroll your child in the Summer Program, please CLICK HERE or on the Membership Packet photo to download a fillable PDF membership form. We recommend you fill the packet out on a desktop or laptop computer instead of a mobile device if possible.

In an effort to be as safe as possible, there are several options to return the finished packet:

  1. If you have Adobe Reader (free download) or another PDF program, download the packet, fill it out and save it to your desktop. Then, email it to lschirlls@bgckids.com. You will receive a confirmation email once the finalized packet is submitted with more information about our safety protocols and frequently asked questions.
  2. Download and print out the packet then scan the pages and email to lschirlls@bgckids.com. You will receive a confirmation email once the finalized packet is submitted with more information about our safety protocols and frequently asked questions.
  3. Download and print out the packet, then return it to the Administrative Office, 3100 Aaron Ave. in person. There will be a clearly marked box in the front lobby for returned packets. You will receive a confirmation email once the finalized packet is submitted with more information about our safety protocols and frequently asked questions.
  4. Download and print out the packet, then return to the Administrative Office, 3100 Aaron Ave. Sedalia MO 65301 by mail. You will receive a confirmation email once the finalized packet is submitted with more information about our safety protocols and frequently asked questions.

Below, we encourage you to utilize the online payment system to pay Summer Program fees. BGC staff will update parents weekly on fees owed. Children who did not attend BGC during the school year will also need to pay a $10 membership fee. CLICK HERE for the state child care assistance forms.
