Congratulations to the January Youth of the Month nominees.

The CLUB

Seventh grader Haley is The CLUB’s Youth of the Month because, “she always comes right in and starts on her homework. She’s also very helpful and the first one to volunteer.”

Heber Hunt

Third grader Piper is the Heber Hunt Site’s Youth of the Month because, “she comes to Club willing to help out with everything she can and with a smile on her face. She offers to help others during homework help by reading to them or just being a friend. She’s a joy to have around the Club.”

Horace Mann

First grader Rae’Lynne is the Horace Mann Youth of the Month because, “we’ve seen a big change in her. She didn’t want to be part of the Club at all and was very new to the Club environment, but now she’s come out of her shell! She’s eager to help staff, take part in programs and excited to be part of the fun.”

Parkview

First grader Quinn was chose as the Parkview Youth of the Month because, “she is pleasant to everyone and works very hard. She’s helpful and kind to others and always follows directions – she does what she’s supposed to do even if no one is watching.”

Skyline

Kindergartener Kaydence is the Skyline Site’s Youth of the Month because, “she is always including everyone, she’s great at sharing and loves to have a smile on her face. She used to be very shy and keep to herself but now she is one of our most outgoing and positive kindergarteners at Skyline.”

Washington

Journey is the Washington Site’s Youth of the Month because, “she is considerate of others and always willing to help.”

Cole Camp

Second grader Aspen is the Cole Camp Youth of the Month because, “she is nice to all members, very helpful and a great dancer.”

Green Ridge

First grader Brayden is the Green Ridge Youth of the Month because, “he has been very respectful lately and made a big change in his behavior for the good.”

La Monte

Fifth grader Alondra is the La Monte Site’s Youth of the Month because, “she’s been doing a great job helping around the Club, enjoying programs and watching over her little brother during Club time.”

Leeton

Kindergartener Diesel is the Leeton Site’s Youth of the Month because, “he is always upbeat, loves to smile, play and befriend all of the Club members. He loves to be involved in programs, regardless of what the activity is because he ‘likes to know what all his friends are doing.’”

Smithton

Kindergartener Blake is the Smithton Site’s Elementary Youth of the Month because, “he has evolved from a very withdrawn little boy into a child who is happily engaged in all activities! His smile never fades.” The Junior Youth of the Month is fifth grader Aidan, “who walks into the Club every day with a smile on his face. He thoroughly enjoys everything at the Club and we admire is naturally kind spirit.”
