Pyle, who has worked at the Club for five years, is currently the Club comptroller and has served as interim executive director since August.
“Jessica is very knowledgeable about our organization and the community we serve,” said Club Board of Directors President Darren Pannier. “With her experience and familiarity of the Club’s strengths and areas of needed improvement, there’s little learning curve for her. She’ll be able to hit the ground running.”
“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead and manage the Club, including the great team of staff and volunteers,” Pyle said. “I am excited about our opportunity to strengthen partnerships and community support to continue to offer high quality programs that change and save lives of youth in our communities.”
Pyle will continue in a dual role as director and comptroller until a replacement can be found.
“Jessica has great charisma and love for the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri,” Pannier added. “She is definitely the right fit for the position.”
