Congratulations to the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri’s Youth of the Month nominees for March.
The CLUB
Fifth grader Kristen is The CLUB’s Youth of the Month for March. Her favorite class in school is computers and her favorite Club program is LEGO League.
Cole Camp Site
Fourth grader James is the Cole Camp Site’s Elementary Youth of the Month and eighth grader Joshua is the Teen Youth of the Month.
Green Ridge Site
Kindergartener Anthony is the Green Ridge Youth of the Month for March.
Heber Hunt Site
Kindergartener Rebecca is the Heber Hunt Youth of the Month for March. Rebecca said her favorite things about attending the Club are playing outside and being with her friends.
Horace Mann Site
Stella is the Horace Mann Youth of the Month for March. When asked what she likes about the Club, she said she enjoys coming because she can hang out with her friends who aren’t in the same class. Her favorite thing to do in school is read and when she grows up Stella would like to become a teacher.
La Monte Site
Second grader Jose is the La Monte Site Youth of the Month. Jose is always willing to help others, completes his homework every day, is polite and makes good choices while at the Club.
Leeton Site
Sixth grader Jyi is the Leeton Site’s Youth of the Month.
Parkview Site
Third grader Christopher is the Youth of the Month for the Parkview Site. Christopher enjoys the outdoors, playing games and hanging out with friends. He is an excellent role model for younger Club members and is always ready and willing to lend a hand as a mentor and aide to kindergarten and first grade members.
Smithton Site
Nine-year-old Robbie is Smithton’s Elementary Youth of the Month. He has been a Club member for three years. Smithton’s Intermediate Youth of the Month is Lilly May, who has been a Club members for 5 years. The Teen Youth of the Month for Smithton is senior Thomas Evans, who has been a Club member for five years.
Skyline Site
Lillibeth is the Skyline Site’s Youth of the Month for March. When she grows up, Lillibeth would like to be a veterinarian. She enjoys coming to Boys & Girls Club because all the staff are nice and they do lots of fun things.
Washington Site
Caleigh is the Washington Youth of the Month. She enjoys playing with her friends during Club time and her favorite food is cereal.
