Congratulations to the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri’s Youth of the Month nominees for February.

The CLUB

Levi is The CLUB’s Youth of the Month for February. He likes pizza, math, LEGO League and the color red.

Cole Camp Site

Third grader Alex is the Cole Camp Site’s Elementary Youth of the Month and fifth grader Emilee is the site’s Teen Youth of the Month.

Green Ridge Site

Third grader Audrey is the Green Ridge Youth of the Monty. Her favorite program at the Club is Triple Play and she enjoys helping the staff.

Heber Hunt Site

The Heber Hunt Site Youth of the Month is second grader Zach. His favorite part of Boys & Girls Club is playing basketball outside, reading books and science day.

Horace Mann Site

Fourth grader Jasheriah is the Youth of the Month for the Horace Mann Site. Her favorite color is “all shades of blue” and when she grows up she would like to be an actress. Jasheriah said she enjoys coming to Club because she has fun after school.

La Monte Site

Andrea Lopez is the La Monte Site’s Youth of the Month. Andrea is a Junior Staff member and an honor roll student. In addition, she enjoys the Drama Club.

Leeton Site

Third grader Sylas is the Leeton Site’s Youth of the Month.

Parkview Site

Third grader Christopher is the Parkview Site’s Youth of the Month. Christopher is an excellent role model, always ready and willing to lend a hand. Club staff said he is an exceptional member who demonstrates the Club’s core values in his own, unique way.

Smithton Site

The Elementary Youth of the Month is kindergartener Cory. His favorite Club activity is the Gravity Maze, which teaches basic physics. The Intermediate Youth of the Month at the Smithton Site is sixth grader Frankie. His passion at the Club has been the discovery of robotics and programming with color codes. He said, “Ozobots are the most awesome things ever.”

Skyline Site

Kindergartner Gracyn is the Skyline Site’s Youth of the Month. Her favorite part about going to the Club is getting gym time and her favorite YDP is Ms. Kirby because she’s funny. When she grows up Gracyn would like to help animals in the sea by helping them survive if they are sick.

Washington Site

Jace is the Washington Site’s Youth of the Month. He was chosen because although he has struggled in the past he has really turned his behavior around for the better! Jace is always displaying P.A.W.S, and has been very helpful to students and staff. His favorite food is spaghetti.
