According to a local community health assessment, one in three area residents does not participate in any leisure physical activity, putting them at risk for heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. At the Club, we believe that instilling healthy lifestyles in members early can lead them on the path to becoming healthy, productive adults.
The goal of the Triple Play Program is to increase the number of hours Club members participate in physical activities, as well as improve their knowledge of healthy habits and strengthen their ability to interact positively with others and engage in healthy relationships.
