Summer Swimming Permission

    Students will be transported by Boys & Girls Club van or walk to Heckart Community Center for weekly swimming. Please send a swim suit, towel and sunscreen on their swim days. We recommend spray-on sunscreen and it must be labeled with your child's name. Swimming is $5 per child. Departure time: 1:15 p.m. Return time 3:45 p.m.

    As parent/legal guardian of this child, I hereby give permission for him/her to attend this field trip/outing with the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri in accordance with membership within the organization. I understand that my child will be leaving the normal Club setting to participate in this activity.
