2024 Summer Program Membership
Enrollment for Summer Program 2024 is now open!
DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS AND CHILD/STAFF RATIO, THERE IS A WAIT LIST FOR THIRD AND FOURTH GRADERS ATTENDING THE HEBER HUNT ELEMENTARY PROGRAM.
Spend the summer with Boys & Girl Club engaging in hands-on activities and plenty of fun, including arts and crafts, robotics, STEM, service learning, cooking, outside and free play, literacy, games and more. Summer Program is free. Parents MUST fill out a new enrollment packet for their child, even if they attended Boys & Girls Club during the school year.
Sedalia Elementary Program: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 3 to August 9 at Heber Hunt Elementary (closed July 4 and 5). Open to students who have just completed kindergarten through fourth grade and includes breakfast, lunch and snack.
The CLUB: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 3 to August 9 at Sedalia Middle School (closed July 4 and 5). Open to students who have just completed fifth grade and up and includes breakfast, lunch and snack.
Housing Authority: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 3 to August 9 at Sedalia Housing Authority (closed July 4 and 5). Open to any school-age child who lives in the Housing Authority neighborhood. Includes breakfast, lunch and snack.
Fayette Site: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 3 to August 9 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (closed July 4 and 5). Open to any school-age child who attends the Fayette R-III School District. Includes morning and afternoon snack. Parents will need to send a sack lunch.

The swimming permission slip is only for Heber Hunt and The CLUB. Fayette and Sedalia Housing will have paper slips at their sites.
Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri’s site located at Sedalia Housing Authority and the Teen Site located at Sedalia Middle School are both license-exempt facilities and therefore not monitored or regulated by the Office of Childhood or any other State agency. Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri holds safety of the youth we serve as our #1 priority and always adhere to the strictest standards of safety regardless of licensure status.
