Congratulations to our December Youth of the Month nominees. We’d also like to give a special thanks to McDonald’s for sponsoring YOM – each Boys & Girls Club member will receive a treat for their accomplishment.

The CLUB

Anthony is the Junior Youth of the Month because, “he is kind, caring, honest and fun! Anthony loves to be a learner and that shows in his dedication to academics, especially reading. You will rarely find Anthony without a book in his hand or by his side. As focused and determined Anthony is in being a good role model at The CLUB, he also knows how to have fun too. Anthony showed us his awesome and creative skills while doing a lip sync performance to ‘Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.’ He had all the members and staff laughing and thoroughly entertained!”

Darion is the Teen Youth of the Month because, “he has stepped up a substantial amount over the past few months. During is time as a CLUB member, we have seen him grow and mature so much and we hope this growth is equally as inspiring to other CLUB members as it has been to the staff. It has been a blessing getting to know Darion.”
