Congratulations to our February Youth of the Month nominees. We’d also like to give a special thanks to McDonald’s for sponsoring YOM – each Boys & Girls Club member will receive a treat for their accomplishment.

The CLUB

Lyndsay is the Junior Youth of the Month because she comes to CLUB almost every day and is kind to everyone, helping to the staff and overall just a wonderful individual. Lyndsay has one of the kindest and sweetest personalities among all our CLUB members. She has a strong work ethic – obvious in her school work and CLUB projects – and is well-liked by everyone, showing kindness to all her peers.

Willie is the Teen Youth of the Month because he is one of our leading eighth graders, with such a goofy and likeable personality. He makes everyone laugh and tries to be friendly with all of his peers. Willie is hardworking, reliable and as grown into a fine leader and role model.

Cole Camp Site

Lena, 6, is the Youth of the Month because she has a great personality, helps her peers when they don’t understand something and is always ready to dive into programs. Her positivity rubs off on the members around her.

Dresden Site

Addison, 8, is the Youth of the Month because she is a good friend to her peers and is always willing to help out.

Green Ridge

Brendon, 7, is the Youth of the Month because he always comes to Club excited for whatever the day’s activities are. Brendon is kind and always respectful.

Heber Hunt Site 

Ava, 9, is the Youth of the Month because she is always looking to help out whenever she can and always has a smile on her face. Ava loves to play games, especially outside, and be around her friends and have a good time. We enjoy having her at our Club Site.

Horace Mann Site

Kierra is the Youth of the Month because she’s always ready to lend a helping hand to staff and other members and always comes to the Club Site with a smile on her face.

La Monte

Eliana, 8, is the Youth of the Month because she works very hard during Power Hour to work on her spelling words and multiplication tables. Eliana is always happy when she’ at the Club and enjoys participating in programs.

Leeton Site

Jagger is the Youth of the Month because he always comes to Club eager to try something new and help hi friends. He tries very hard and approaches programs, especially Power Hour, with genuine curiosity.

Parkview Site

Jose is the Youth of the Month because he always follows directions, tries hard no matter what, and is a good friend to all.

Skyline Site

Chase is the Youth of the Month because he is always willing to help during snack time, helps staff and comes to Club with a smile on his face. Chase enjoys gym time and playing outside with friends. Staff enjoy having him at the Club Site and are very proud of how far he’s come.

Smithton Site

Blake is the Youth of the Month because he is responsible, respectful and caring. Blake gets very involved in programming and helps others without being asked. He shows great respect not only to staff, but to members as well. Blake enjoys Pokemon, STEAM Programs and Healthy Habits.

Washington Site

Braxton, 5, is the Youth of the Month because he always comes to the Club Site eager to learn with a big smile on his face. Braxton works hard at whatever challenge he might face: learning his letters, math or just being a good friend.
