Congratulations to our November Youth of the Month nominees. We’d also like to give a special thanks to McDonald’s for sponsoring YOM – each Boys & Girls Club member will receive a treat for their accomplishment.

The CLUB

Kylie is the Junior Youth of the Month because she has come such a long way at The CLUB and has really stepped up to be a strong, positive leader. Kylie was elected as Torch Club secretary by her fellow CLUB members, which speaks volumes as to how much she is respected and looked up to by her peers. She has also played a pivotal role in helping to coordinate, promote and participate in all of the community service projects we’ve done this semester.

Willie is the Teen Youth of the Month because of his tireless efforts to model what it looks like to make a positive experience for himself everyday, no matter what challenges he encounters from day-to-day life. Willie is a friend, helper and leader at The CLUB.

Cole Camp Site

Tyler is the Elementary Youth of the Month because he has been working hard on coming to Power Hour, getting his homework completed and not complaining. Staff know they can count on Tyler to do what is right.

Kristin is the Junior Youth of the Month because she is always laughing and keeps the mood at the Club light. Kristin is great at getting her homework completed and helping other members when they need it.

Dresden Site

Karli is the Youth of the Month because she comes to Club eager to learn new things and to have fun. Karli loves to play games with her friends and help others.

Green Ridge

Ethan is the Youth of the Month because he works hard on his projects and any homework he has without being asked. Ethan also always has a funny comment that brightens everyone’s day.

Heber Hunt Site 

Jade is the Youth of the Month because loves to hang out with her friends, be silly and always wants to know what’s for snack that day. She helps out everyone who asks and enjoys hanging out with Club staff.

Horace Mann Site

Sophia is the Youth of the Month because she has a great personality, makes everyone around her smile and always helps out staff and her peers.

La Monte

Anna is the Youth of the Month because she is always happy to be at the Club. She works hard on her homework during Power Hour and when she’s finished, helps at the kindergarten table and helps them with their sight words. Anna has a big heart and likes to make friends with everyone at the Club.

Leeton Site

Wyatte is the Youth of the Month because he is helpful to his peers and staff and has been working hard on recognizing and walking away from bad situations.

Ellea is the Youth of the Month because of how helpful she is during programs and because she always contributes to the group.

Parkview Site

Bryce is the Youth of the Month because he’s a good friend to all, works hard and always follows directions.

Skyline Site

Piper is the Youth of the Month because she is a great friend and always ready to help with Club programs. Her favorite program is art.

Smithton Site

Alex is the Elementary Youth of the Month because he is very enthusiastic and outgoing. He makes friends easily and helps them get ahead.

Blake is the Junior Youth of the Month because of his willingness to take chances and his honesty. Blake has come out of his comfort zone recently to learn new things at the Club.

Washington Site

Korbyn is the Youth of the Month because is a great role model for his fellow Club members. He’s a hard worker, is always willing to help other members and staff and works very hard to reach and achieve new goals.
