Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri received a $15,500 grant from the Taco Bell Foundation to support academic success programs at The CLUB, serving fifth through eighth grade students. Funds will go to a variety of academic programs including Power Hour homework help, STEM, computer literacy, robotics and other programs that educate and inspire the next generation of leaders.

“We’re thankful to once again give our members educational opportunities through the Taco Bell Foundation,” said CLUB Site Director Holly Thomas. “Academic success and providing academic enrichment programs for our older members is a top priority at our site and these funds will help us do that.”

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is one of more than 400 youth-serving organizations that will receive a portion of the $7 million in grants presented by the Taco Bell Foundation this year. These grants are an example of the Taco Bell Foundation’s mission to fuel young people’s boldest ambitions.

“We are proud that the work we do through our Community Grants program connects young people with the resources and opportunities they need to learn and drive change,” said Jennifer Bradbury, Executive Director of the Taco Bell Foundation.
