Congratulations to our May Youth of the Month nominees. We’d also like to give a special thanks to McDonald’s for sponsoring YOM – each Boys & Girls Club member will receive a treat for their accomplishment.
The CLUB
Ali is the Junior Youth of the Month because she is such a fun and quirky individual; there’s never a dull moment when you hang around her. Ali is a hard worker and asset to our All Star Basketball team, willing to help other teams when they were short players and running the scoreboard when she wasn’t playing herself. She extends thoughtfulness to everyone at The CLUB.
Cash is the Teen Youth of the Month because he is a friendly guy who is respectful to all, no matter what the situation is. Cash loves to goof around and his personality really brightens up the days of those around him and the mood of The CLUB.
Cole Camp
Abigayle is the Youth of the Month because she is creative, has been active in Torch Club and has really stepped up to help younger members, even teaching them how to play volleyball during Triple Play.
Dresden Site
Addison is the Youth of the Month because she is always willing to help without being asked, she loves learning new things and is always smiling.
Green Ridge
Anthony is the Youth of the Month because he has worked very hard to show improvements throughout the year listening to staff and following directions. Anthony helps the younger members during homework time and enjoys participating in programs.
Heber Hunt Site
Scarlett is the Youth of the Month because she comes to the Club ready to play with her friends and help with anything needed. We enjoy having Scarlett in our program!
Horace Mann Site
Harper is the Youth of the Month because she enjoys helping staff with programs and making new friends.
Leeton Site
Levi is the Youth of the Month because he is very helpful to staff and his friends. He always comes to Club with a smile, eager to be involved in what’s going on.
Wyatte is the Youth of the Month because he is always ready to know and learn more and is eager to try something new at least once. Wyatte also tries to put in an effort during program and activity time every day.
Parkview Site
Itzel is the Youth of the Month because she’s kind to others, patient, follows directions and is always in good spirits.
Skyline Site
Taliyah is the Youth of the Month because she always helps with service projects, has the best smile and can be relied on by staff to help get things done.
Smithton Site
Braxton is the Youth of the Month because he’s caring, kind-hearted and wants to make everyone laugh. Braxton loves being around his friends, being creative and STEM programs.
Evan is the Youth of the Month because he is respectful, not only of staff but of his peers too. Evan enjoys STEM, coding and playing outside.
Washington Site
Magaly is the Youth of the Month because she is a wonderful role model for her peers, is a good listener and hard worker. Magaly is a great artist, loves to draw and help other members at the Club.
