Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri recently received $20,000 thanks to support from local banks as part of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Commercial Trust secured $10,000 for the BGC Fayette Site and Midwest Regional Bank secured $10,000 for the organization through FHLB’s member impact fund.
“We are incredibly grateful for Commercial Trust and Midwest Regional for thinking of Boys & Girls Club as recipients for these grants,” said Director of Development Emily Schmidt. “Without local advocates to spread the word of our mission and programs Boys & Girls Club couldn’t tap into these needed funds as easily. We’re thankful for their support.”
