Congratulations to our May Youth of the Month nominees. We’d also like to give a special thanks to McDonald’s for sponsoring YOM – each Boys & Girls Club member will receive a treat for their accomplishment.
The CLUB
The Junior Youth of the Month is Makayla because she is always happy to help her friends or staff with whatever they need and is always eager to learn new things.
Lily is the Teen Youth of the Month because even though she’s been coming to Club for a short time, she’s shown herself to be an amazing person who shows compassion for others, is helpful to staff and is extremely kind. She also loves to tell jokes.
Cole Camp Site
Noah is the Youth of the Month because he is always doing a great job in the hallway, is the first to offer to help others and is always standing quietly in line. We enjoy having Noah at our Club Site!
Dresden Site
Blaze is the Youth of the Month because he completes his homework, is a great listener and is very polite.
Green Ridge
Belle is the Elementary Youth of the Month because she always follows directions and cleans up after herself and others.
Natalie is the Junior Youth of the Month because she is a unique individual with a big personality and always willing to help younger members and staff.
Heber Hunt Site
Rylan is the Youth of the Month because he is always there to lend a helping hand to staff or his peers and comes to Club ready to hang out with friends and make some new ones. We enjoy having him at our Club!
Horace Mann Site
Harper and Harmony are the Youths of the Month because they both help at the Club Site and love doing programs with the older kids.
La Monte
Mackinzie is the Youth of the Month because she’s always helping around the Club and cleans up after her peers. Mackinzie enjoys the Cooking Program, hanging out with her friends and creating art.
Leeton Site
Nova is the Youth of the Month because she has been participating in programs and has been super kind to those around her.
Parkview Site
Ariah is the Youth of the Month because she’s a good friend to all, follows directions and is kind to others.
Skyline Site
Sonya is the Youth of the Month because she always volunteers to help at the Club Site and her favorite programs are art and STEM.
Smithton Site
Krista is the Elementary Youth of the Month because she is always making staff smile with her jokes and spunky attitude. Krista is full of friendship and always makes time to chat with staff and her peers.
Teygan is the Teen Youth of the Month because she is always respectful and kind to her peers and Club staff. She’s a great role model for both her peers and younger members and is always so sweet, kind and willing to help.
Washington Site
Zack is the Youth of the Month because he is an exceptional helper at the Club and shown great progress throughout the school year. Zack loves to learn, is very friendly, respectful and responsible during program time.
